What a day

Thursday was a loooong day.  I woke at 6:00am to get the kiddos up and off to school. After they left I was able to have an hour to myself before  I actually had to get dressed and function. I used that hour to get a nap in. Winking smile
The older I get the harder it is to get my get up and go to actually get up and go.  I suppose that’s one of the “fun” things of getting older. LOL

I saw both my psych doctor and my therapist, both visits went well. I followed that up with a 2 hour MRI.  They did  the upper and lower back and my right shoulder.  Crossing fingers that it’s unchanged and no further damage has been done.

By the time I got home I was a walking zombie. I fell out around 8:30pm. I never fall asleep that early.  lol

For Christmas my daughter Liz bought me some “adult” coloring books. Now before you let those dirty thoughts take you to places that I’m so not going to, go, click “HERE”……. Ok, now that you’ve checked out the link…you have, right?! Lets get back to me. Smile

The above pic is a prime example of a page out of one of the books I’m coloring. I can relax and get out frustration all at once! That’s a win/win!!!
If you want to get a copy for yourself click “HERE” for the link.

Until next time;

  1. I know what you mean about get up and go. By the end of the day I’m totally beat. I’m lucky to make 10 o’clock. Cool coloring books. Just may be something for me to get.
