Nightmares assaulted me in my sleep once again. I usually have to sleep for about an hour in the morning after I take my morning meds. Today I closed my eyes and woke up in my now usual heart racing, and shaking, way. I felt like I had just
closed my eyes but it had been 2 hours. Needless to say I didn’t feel as if I had any rest. I wasn’t about to try the sleep thing again.
This afternoon I had 2 of my grandkids. Today was a normal pain day and I couldn’t have asked for better behaved kids. They get along so well and both are so kind and caring with each other. It’s precious to see how they interact with each other. I feel so blessed that I’m able to see these two grow and experience new things.
While watching them play, Ella sat down and asked Norah to come to her and she gave her a great big hug and a kiss on the cheek. I’m so happy I was able to capture the moment. <3
My youngest grandbaby is 8 months and I’ve only seen her twice. Once when she was almost a month old and then again for Christmas. I wish I could spend more than a few hours with her, but I’ll take all I can get.
I’ve been blessed when it comes to grandkids.
Tomorrow I have to take Emma to the doctor for her foot. Not sure what she did to it, but it’s been hurting for about a month now and it’s getting worse. After that I’ve got a few errands to run.
I received a phone call from what I thought was my pharmacy telling me my doctor had called in 2 prescriptions for me and would I be picking them up. I assured them I’d be there tomorrow. Yeah, about that….I don’t think I’m going to make it. Somehow the Doctor’s office called it in to CVS in Rockwell, NC. LOL I needed that giggle. I’ll have the doctor office fax it to the right pharmacy tomorrow.
Until next time;
